Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Products — No Refund Policy

All products sold on Hima's Choice are digital embroidery design files. Due to the nature of digital goods, once a design file has been delivered (via email or WhatsApp) or downloaded, it cannot be returned. Therefore, all sales are final and we generally do not offer refunds.

2. Exceptions — When Refunds Are Applicable

We may issue a refund or replacement in the following cases:

  • Wrong File Delivered: If you received a design file different from what you purchased, we will send the correct file or issue a full refund.
  • Corrupt or Defective File: If the design file is corrupt, incomplete, or cannot be opened in the supported embroidery machine format, we will provide a replacement file or issue a refund.
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same design twice, we will refund one of the purchases.
  • Payment Error: If you were charged but no order was created or no files were delivered due to a system error, we will issue a full refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the above exceptions:

  • Email us at himaschoice1@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase.
  • Include your Order ID, the design name, and a description of the issue.
  • If applicable, attach a screenshot showing the error or defect.
  • We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card) within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds for wallet-funded purchases will be credited back to your Hima's Choice wallet.
  • Razorpay processing fees (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Wallet Credits

Funds added to your Hima's Choice wallet are non-refundable and can only be used for purchases on the platform. Wallet credits cannot be transferred to another account or converted to cash.

6. Cancellation Policy

Since all our products are digital and delivered instantly after payment, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed. The design files are delivered immediately via email and WhatsApp, making cancellation impossible after purchase.

7. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Incompatibility with your embroidery machine due to selecting the wrong machine format (please verify compatibility before purchasing).
  • Failure to download within the 24-hour link expiry window (you can request a re-send from your account dashboard).
  • Design does not meet subjective expectations regarding style, color, or appearance (preview images are provided on the product page).
